Campus Stores & Receiving's easy, three step system for electronic purchasing is available to all staff and faculty on campus:

1. Login to the system
2. Build a requisition
3. Approve the requisition

When your requisition is downloaded to Campus Stores, we will pick, pack and label the order; deliver it next day (no delivery charge); and process any necessary returns.

This electronic purchasing system is available at no additional charge and has numerous advantages to our customers:

Obtain current pricing information on all Campus Stores items, Special Order Office Supplies, and Special Order Computer Products
Improve turn-around-time for orders from Campus Stores -- 96.4% of the orders received by 3:00 PM will be delivered free of charge the next day
Use keyword searching capabilities for items in the Stock and Special Order catalogs
Have the ability to customize departmental approval and security features
Reduce paper usage and ordering costs
