Attention Campus Customers:

Effective Thursday, October 1, 2009; Stores' Web Cat Online Ordering System will be replaced with a new application called iStores. The iStores application is an upgrade which will make your shopping experience more convenient.

In conjunction with the change to iStores, Stores & Receiving will no longer be the direct order center for Office Max, Hewlett-Packard, or Dell. These three vendors will now be exclusively available for purchase through the University iBuy system. If you have not already done so,
please take some time to sign up for access to iBuy to ensure you do not have any delays in your purchasing needs.

You will find the information you need to begin using iBuy at: http://www.ibuy.uillinois.edu

Stores & Receiving will still provide the best purchasing solutions for campus for Maintenance and Repair items, Cafeteria, Janitorial, Bulk Paper, Postage Stamps, and Apple Computer needs through our new iStores application. We will continue to be involved with campus to
help customers with computer orders and configurations through the iBuy system, and to help with any computer purchasing questions that require direct vendor involvement. Stores & Receiving will be the delivery solution for campus for all Office Max, HP, and Dell orders.

The Web Cat site will automatically redirect customers to the new iStores site however Web Cat will continue to be available until Monday, September 28, 2009 at 7 a.m. All orders approved by this time will be fulfilled as normal. We will bring the new iStores system up Thursday morning 10/01/2009 for you to begin shopping through us again.
