Campus Stores and Receiving Computer Center

The Campus Computer Center Service Department offers FREE pickup and delivery of personal computer equipment in need of repair. This service is available to UIUC Departments, and UIUC students in residence halls.

Departments can request to have a piece of personal computer equipment picked up by clicking REPAIR PICKUP, or by calling 244-0139. Tell the operator that you need to have equipment picked up for repair. Students, please call 244-0139 to arrange pickup at a specified time. You will need the following information when requesting a pickup.

• Stores Requisition or Order Number on which purchased(if under warranty)
• UI Account Number, or credit card number
• Manufacturer and Model of Equipment
• Serial Number of Equipment
• Name of Contact Person
• Contact Person's Phone Number and E-mail Address
• Address Location of Equipment (Building Name and Room Number)
• Short Description of Problem

Once an item has been scheduled for pickup, it is generally picked up the next business day. We use student help to do the pickups and most pickups occur between 1:00PM and 4:30PM. Students in residence halls can arrange a more specific time.
